My UP SIDE DOWN life!

♥ HELLO LOVE 

I actually almost recover from my sprain but it's back again now ;( 
It's okay for me since I know I always never ever couldn't stop to practice for totally stop.
I call this as LOVE. I love my UP SIDE DOWN life for sure! :)

Pole dance gave me strength, confidence and life!
Being pole dancer is not an easy thing since a lot of people always judging it with very negatively.
Because they are never tried it so they never know how's the feeling to learn the tricks and how bad and good feeling from learning and in the end makes me really falling in love into it!

It's not for being such a pro or expert person, I just love to learn it and enjoy all the things.
So many pole dancer already being my inspiration.
I learnt more than the tricks it self actually. "RESPECT and GRATEFUL!"

Update:
Yesterday is my last class of my term from intermediate 3 at Bobbi's Pole Studio Singapore.
But I haven't did any assigment to go to the preparation advance.
I wish I can pass it but now my injury is back. So maybe I will skip first ;(

But hey, here some of my photo of the day hehe

Loving Pole doesn't make me STOP!

♥ HELLO LOVE 

Just back to the routine after feeling better from my injuries. Slow but sure I gonna catch up what I missed. So now I am back with my bendy back. Keep on trying though!

BANANA PEAL

I have been so upset about my own body. But I also don't want to give up. I want to be better and better every single time. Talk about injuries. Yes I have a knee problem which can make it straight like the normal people. I also had a ankle injured from last year and it's effect me on walking, dance, even I can't run anymore. But I just don't care. Shoulder injured when I was younger. That's why my right hand can't touch my back like the left hand. I think I still have many injuries and still never cares and just do it and keep do it until I can't do it any more.
There's my love to my activities, and of course also with pole. 

I do believe that I can do it as good as you all eventhough will all injuries that I have it from last time and now. I still on recovering but also don't want to give up. You all my inspiration. How can I easy to give up. Just give me some information and support. I will be stronger than before!

Injuries ain't nice at all!

♥ HELLO LOVE 

It has been sometimes that I didn't update except my instagram hehe Sorry, it's not because I have forgotten about this blog but I have been so busy. And then I got injured when I did strecth for my splits, after that injured from climbing, and the last one injured from pole photoshoot lol...
I know that I am too lousy on it :p
I took rest from some of my activities including pole class.

Oh I already start my new class. I learn some of the new tricks but haven't had a change to take photo hehe 
There's one nice trick that I posted on my instagram.
It calls "human flag".



Haven't master it yet. Because I just learn this trick hehe
Now i am trying to get back into the flexibility routine. I know that I will start over again from zero and will get slowly until I really heal from the injuries.







Any suggestions for me? Since I am not an expert.
That will be great if we can share and help each others ^.^
